Murff, that sold very quickly! Do you think it was under-priced? (Not that I could have afforded it anyway!)

Difficult to estimate - a green Curta demo box is an unusual collectors item. The last five green boxes where sold for
2010: $350
2011: $8750
2011: $9952
2015: $2750
2017: $11122
so the average price was $6585...
But mathmetics doesn't help. In any case - a lot of money! _________________ :: m u r f f

WOW,
That did sell fast.
Looking at the ramp of prices on these is incredible. Wonder if there were 2 people out there that would have spent that much (ie how high would it have gone in the auction if no BIN existed) |

Wait $350 and $2750 was there something wrong with these? these seem to be outliers. |

Yes, that is true so it isn't a representative price. That said, it is now whole, fully cleaned and serviced. Of course that was not without cost. I'm quite happy to own it. _________________ Just cranking a way |

If you can see my pictures here you also should have access to my site (if the server is down, no pictures would be displayed...)
Here is a test picture:

No idea - between Michigan and Switzerland are many server nodes and connections... In the past years only once was reported access problems to my site...
So check your local configuration - it's electronic - not mecanic _________________ :: m u r f f

No your pics don't load, try at work on work machine ie or chrome, no work. Home Chrome doesn't work nor bing or IE. Chrome says to many redirects. I know I had this problem before and don't recall the fix.
Oh well. |
