I'm going to take a guess! Oilite type bronze bearings at the bottom of the helical input shafts? And each one is unique to each shaft, they should not be mixed up during dis-assembly?

Sounds like a rather educated guess! Is that what they are officially named? I've been calling them the setting shaft bearing pins.
