Yes, they used a very wide range of different kind of metal.
In the part list you can see them all (in the column "Werkstoff" - material).
It's all in German and a translation is not possible because most of the expressions are names of specific types of metal - like e.g. "Anticorodal" (an aluminium alloy)...
