If anyone here watches Tested on Youtube, you might know how much Adam Savage loves the Curta. (He was the the one who sparked my interest in them) Well today he put up a video where he got some things CT scanned, including both a Type I and Type II Curta. He also included links to the scan files in the description so others can check them out. (though you need to make an account with the site to do so)
