In a Curta metal case, I understand that in the bottom there should be a foam/rubber bumper and a small one in the lid of the case. Mine has these missing, with some old tissue paper in there instead.

I wanted to put something back in there to protect the Curta in its case.

Does anyone know the material thickness and/or diameters of these two bumpers ?

Hoping you can help! Ricky.

For my Curtas I use felt pads

[ for Curta Type I diameter is 56mm, 5mm thick - and 16mm diameter, 3.5mm thick - self adhesive, two of them ]

see also here:
red restoration

the small pads: Filzgleiter 16mm
(you have to search for the 5mm felt material - I have no reference available at the moment)
