Today I found this:
It's a gauge called Snap Gauge - Parallelendmass (Rachenlehre).



This was mentioned in "Curt Herzstark Interview - 10-11 September 1987 - conducted by Erwin Tomash".

It was built by Herzstark Company Vienna between 1938 and 1943. A true piece of history...
