Hello Curta fans,

I have put up for sale my favorite Curta on Ebay here for those who might be interested : https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F233454813791

I have set a very high price to keep neophytes at bay / avoid receiving ridiculous offers.

If anyone here would like to inquire about it or make an offer, feel free to PM me.

Regards from Canada,

If it's any indication, I've bought a 29xx for 950 euros from a French collector about 8 months ago. It came complete with original canister and both manuals, all in very good condition.

... nice price tag!

I would offer 950 Euros

Well, that was 10 years ago after all. Since then I had it fully serviced, repaired & cleaned. Surely this is worth something, right ? Not counting time value of money, rarity... But I know you know all this

Thanks for the offer but I'll pass. BTW it's the cheapest one I received, so maybe neophytes are not so bad after all !

No offence taken !

I see the auction is down, did you sell it? If so about what did it go for.

Glad to see some members are still in the low ball to buy offer's, just ask what they would sell one of theirs for and the price rises dramatically. lol

No, I decided to keep it in the end so I removed the ad. Thanks for asking.

Cheers,
